Dog Tag Day Foundation

- 8/26/2026

Dog Tag Day Foundation is building a national story wall for April 18 so veterans and military families can share the real stories behind their dog tags.

Please share DogTagDay.org with veterans, military families, and your community and invite them to submit a genuine story for the national wall? Stories are published only with permission.

We are also interested in working together. How can Dog Tag Day Foundation help the veterans you serve?

Thank you for your service to the veteran community.

Our message is simple: Don’t let our veterans fade into the background. The dog tags mean “I served.” Acknowledging them means “I see you.”
